For me, it was my first time selling a house. Kathy and Dylan were both very professional and very knowledgeable about what I needed to know through the whole process! Answered all my questions and concerns about what I needed to do. Dylan always showed up early for showings and open house. Reported back to me with how they went and he was very positive about the house was clean and ready to show. All and all my experience with Kathy and Dylan was flawless.
