I started working with Dylan early 2022 to purchase a home, when the market was anything but an advantage for buyers. As we started walking through properties and I got a feel for what I was looking for, Dylan understood my needs and did an excellent job recommending homes that met my needs. After finding thee home and getting an accepted offer, Dylan answered all my questions, and some questions I asked over again! He was very patient and always responded quickly when I had questions. Great experience working with Dylan! As first time home buyers my fianc? and I weren't really sure what we were getting into, but Dylan was able to help us every step of the way and made the whole process a lot easier. Every time we had a question, which was all the time, Dylan was always very quick to respond and would consistently check in to see how we were doing.
